1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FileMorph ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
FileMorph is a web-based file conversion platform that allows users to convert files between various formats including images, audio, video, documents, and PDFs. The Service operates on a credit-based system.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.
4. Credits & Payments
- The Service uses a credit-based system. Credits are required to perform file conversions.
- New accounts receive 10 free credits.
- Credits can be purchased through our subscription plans: Basic ($9.99/month), Pro ($29.99/month), and Premium ($49.99/month).
- Subscription credits reset monthly and do not roll over.
- All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
- Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Refund Policy
- If a file conversion fails, the credits used for that conversion are automatically refunded to your account.
- For payment refunds, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting support.
- Refunds are issued at our discretion and to the original payment method.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload files that contain malware, viruses, or malicious code.
- Upload illegal content or content that violates third-party intellectual property rights.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service.
- Use the Service to process files in violation of any applicable law.
- Abuse the free credit allocation by creating multiple accounts.
- Use automated tools to access the Service without our written permission.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the files you upload and convert. We claim no ownership or rights over your content. The Service, its design, code, and branding are the property of FileMorph.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or damages arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your credits and conversion history will be permanently deleted.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the site.
