• Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We never store your credit card details on our servers.
• Usage data: File conversion history, credit usage, and general analytics (page views, feature usage).
• Uploaded files: Files you upload for conversion are processed and automatically deleted after conversion is complete. We do not retain your files.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the file conversion service.
• To process payments and manage your credit balance.
• To send transactional emails (purchase confirmations, account notifications).
• To improve our service through aggregated, anonymized analytics.
• To respond to support requests.

3. File Processing & Data Retention

Files uploaded for conversion are processed in memory or temporary storage and are automatically deleted immediately after conversion. We do not store, analyze, share, or use your files for any purpose other than performing the requested conversion.

Client-side conversions (WASM) are processed entirely in your browser. Your files never leave your device for these operations.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe: Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase: Authentication and database. Subject to Supabase's Privacy Policy.
• Vercel: Hosting. Subject to Vercel's Privacy Policy.

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), encrypted tokens for sensitive operations, and secure authentication through Supabase Auth. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and never touches our servers.
